Elementary French Occasional Teacher
The Halton District School Board (HDSB) is one of the fastest growing school districts in Canada. Together, our 10,000+ staff serve more than 66,000 students in more than 100 schools in the communities of Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville. We are seeking Elementary French Teachers (Occasional) to join our occasional pool. Once hired to the occasional pool, our Elementary French Teachers (Occasional) can immediately apply to long-term occasional Core French and French Immersion assignments.
The Halton District School Board is currently seeking French teachers for our French Elementary and our Secondary Occasional Teacher rosters. Occasional Teachers work in a variety of schools throughout the Halton Region. Occasional Teachers are eligible to accept short-term (partial day to 10 days in duration) or long-term assignments of up to one year.
Whether you are seeking the flexibility provided by occasional teaching or opportunities to move into long-term assignments or permanent teaching positions, joining the Elementary Elementary Occasional French Teaching Roster is a great first step.
