Meet Hope Media Group’s First Chief Technology Officer

HOUSTON — Hope Media Group has appointed Phillip Turpin as the Christian-focused media company’s first Chief Technology Officer.

Turpin arrives at the WayFM owner of the network after seven years in Ramsey Solutionswhere he rose to Executive Director of Product Engineering.

He previously served as Chief Technology Officer of StyleNet and PatientFocus, and joined Dave Ramsey as Director of Digital Development for Ramsey SmartDollar in 2015.

In his new role at HMG, Turpin will leverage technology to enhance spiritual connections and expressed enthusiasm for using technological innovations to foster deeper relationships with Jesus.

After living near Nashville, Turpin will move to HMG’s headquarters in Houston.

In addition to WayFM, Hope Media Group operates the Houston radio station. KSBJ Radio and the Christian network in Spanish United LifeIts platforms span radio, online content, mobile apps and event productions.
