The Miami Hurricanes are ranked No. 19 in the AP preseason poll

CORAL GABLES, Florida. – The Miami Hurricanes will arrive at the Swamp as a qualified team.

The AP preseason poll was released Monday.

The Hurricanes were ranked No. 19.

Miami has high expectations with new transfer quarterback Cam Ward running the offense in Year 3 of the Mario Cristobal era.

Miami opens the season against rival Florida on August 31.

That game will be played in Gainesville and can be seen in South Florida on Local Ten at 3:30 p.m.
