ATC Calls Young Artists from Tucson and Phoenix to Audition for SCROOGE! 2024

Arizona Theatre Company is seeking four (4) young artists ages 11-14 from Tucson and four (4) young artists ages 11-14 from the Phoenix area who can sing, act and dance to be a part of ATC’s Scrooge!

Tucson Artists will only be performing in Tucson and the schedule is October 15th – November 30th. Rehearsals are scheduled Tuesday – Friday from 3:00 – 9:00 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and call and performance times vary. Young artists will not be called for ALL hours but must be available during these time periods. This is a paid position – $250/week stipend.

Phoenix Performers will only be performing in Phoenix, and the schedule runs from Dec. 4-28. There will be five rehearsals in Tucson between Nov. 15-Dec. 1, as well as in Tempe the week of Dec. 4. Dates and times to be announced. Call-in and performance times vary.

Only video submissions are accepted. Please provide a headshot, resume, and a recording of the young performer singing a single song (a Broadway classic, if possible) that showcases his or her voice. The deadline for submissions is August 15, 2024. Youth will be contacted to request a callback, which will occur at a later date. For 56 years, Arizona Theatre Company has presented live, professional regional theatre in Arizona. As the only member of the Arizona League of Resident Theatres and the only theater of 78 nationwide to perform in two cities, ATC presents five plays/musicals each season in both Tucson and Metro Phoenix.
