Tennessee man faces child sexual abuse charges in Bay County

BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – Over the weekend, a Tennessee man was arrested in Panama City Beach and is now facing child sexual abuse charges.

Telvin Buck, 28, is charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 16.


According to the Panama City Beach Police Department, Buck was swimming when he approached the victim, a 14-year-old girl, and grabbed her buttocks while swimming next to her. Police said he did this with the goal of enticing the victim into a sexual act.

Buck is being held on $250,000 bail.
