A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after an accident in Montgomery County, Tennessee

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A motorcyclist was airlifted to a local hospital following a crash in Montgomery County over the weekend.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened Sunday, July 14, on Dover Road just before S. Liberty Church Road.


Authorities said the crash involved a vehicle and a motorcycle. The motorcyclist was reportedly flown to a hospital for treatment of an injury. The severity of the injury is unknown.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances of the crash. No other information has been released at this time.
