Changes to Illinois election code that will affect the process

Changes to Illinois’ election code will affect the presidential race in November.

Some policy changes in Illinois will affect different parts of the election process. Gov. JB Pritzker signed a proposal into law that makes several adjustments to the state’s election code, ranging from the amount of money parties can give to candidates to increasing mail access for some voters.
